Hi, Msquiz. It could be that you selected many other items, and it just worked out that way. See if it appears when you click on the swap feature (circular arrows) next to the starchy carbohydrate item at the meal. Even if it doesn’t, just swap it – 1/2 cup oatmeal = 1 slice of bread, for example.

Anyone have an idea why oatmeal was omitted from my menu.
I listed it as a favorite food.
