![]() | looking for some much needed advice or suggestions on healthy carbs/dense nutrition. I do workout with body pump classes and high cardio classes as well. What should I be eating to refuel or get the benefit building muscle? |
![]() | I would appreciate if one of the TDC experts can help me. I am so confused on what my calorie intake should be. I have lost the inches and have gone down in size. I am 5 “2 and weigh 114. I work out and am focusing on gaining muscle and toning and tightening up. I do feel that I need to gain some weight back. For me I should weigh in the 120-125 range. Back in April I started eating a clean healthy diet. I am still eating this way. I am very active and continiue to eat healthy and clean. I need some input as to what my calorie intake should be and what type of foods I should be consuming to gain weight and muscle. I have read different topics on this and different answers where I am feeling confused!! I would really appreciate some advice. |
