Hi, rvonbz. Yes, the intention is for you to eat all of the food items listed for each meal/snack.

In the daily menu, Breakfast, Lunch etc there are several foods listed. Breakfast list: 2 slices 100% Grain/Whole wheat bread, 1 egg (omega-3), 1/2 ounce of pecans, 1 Pear.Do eat 1 0r all of these? I ask the same Question for Snacks , Lunch, and dinner.
