![]() | Hi, I’m here for the first time. Just want to talk to or ask some questions. Are pickles on any diet menus as a snack? I usually have two baby dill pickles and string cheese for a snack. I make most of my food from scratch. You ask me to get frozen waffles or pancakes, I want to make them from scratch is that fine? I also make my own yogurt. If I strain it and make Greek yogurt is that too fattening? Can I eat more vegetables than called for, or will that imbalance the trim down concept? And the same thing for meat, or cottage cheese. Well I’m coming along slowly but I like the concept and how things work. Might like a few more options, but we can work on that together, right? Thanks for listening, Patti P.S.
