Hi, MMBCaro. Just ease into it – you don’t have to make all the changes at once. I’m glad you’re feeling better. If you need to skip a snack here and there, that’s fine – just make sure any fruits or vegetables get placed somewhere else.

Yes, I started the program on Tuesday. The first day I felt great, the 2nd day I felt awful. The past two days have been better. Not a huge adjustment, just hard to get all of the meal in a day.
