Hi, meslama. You can do that by setting up only the meals you want in the subapplication of the Menu Planner. Click on the circular arrow icons to the right of the header of the meal you want to keep, and make your menu selections, guided by the exchanges there. Just be sure that over the course of the day, you have at least 5 total fruit/vegetable and 3 total calcium-rich food/beverage servings.

I find that if I eat all 6 meals I retain same weight. If, I leave off one the snacks I drop a significant amount of weight on a daily basis. Is there a way to set up the number of daily meals in the meal planner?
