| I didnt give the weight a thought until it wasnt working that well. Just focussed on having what was on the list to have. Thanks again Ossie, will scale it back. ta |
![]() | Hi, Vanessa. 1/4 chicken sounds like a lot. The best way to be sure is to take a look at how much boneless chicken you end up with – a handful is about 4 ounces (exchanges), which is what you were allotted for the meal (2 ounces tuna, 1 ounce cheese, 1 egg). Given the average weight of a chicken, 1/4 would yield much more than that. |
![]() | For the first six days I was losing on average a pound – for the last two days have stayed the same – haven’t changed anything on the diet – so will have to wait and see where it goes. Good luck. |
| Thanks Ossie, This morning have put on so need to stop reading posts that say they have lost 8-10 lbs. Anyway, is the 1/4 chicken too much and is the swap that i have made ok? Ta |
![]() | Hi, Vanessa. The weight loss is supposed to be slow – that way, it is better sustained, and you avoid rebound weight gain. If you want, you can give the process a boost by exercising – even just taking a 20-minute walk every day or every other day. |
| forgot to say it is a 1/4 chicken as thats the only way i can buy it near work that isnt crumbed. thanks |
| Hi there, I have been on this plan for a week and not lost much. Just wandering what i am doing wrong? 2 ounces of Tuna, Canned in Water (the other option was fish) into a chicken salad roll. Is this ok? or is that what i am doing wrong? |
