Organic fortified skim milk is just fine.
As for the amount of food, we really don’t want you to be hungry. If you are having trouble finishing it all, there are two possibilities:
1. Add a little exercise
2. Cut back on fats and carbs, but not too much – you don’t want it to backfire!

Day 1..trying to understand the meals and there is no raw milk or cheese in my state. Is it ok to use skim milk and american cheese? I can not believe you have to eat all this food in one day to lose weight. I feel like I am eating all day
