In addition, try to limit the fats and fatty foods you choose, including the meats (choose the leanest meats) so that the program allows you the maximum amount of meat/fish/poultry (they contain fat, and so count toward your daily total).

im not sure you will see my reply but i am hypoglycemic and really need lean meat, poultry and fish to function. i will be watching for answers here if i can

Please help on this one: even though I’ve chosen all sorts of meats and fish, none of my meals have any… apart from Tuna at lunch… I’m not really a vegetarian / vegan so find it difficult not to have any of these proteins in my menu. If I try to replace, no meat or fish is available as a choice…. Please help!
