![]() | Hi, Jeamniulsy. The most important thing is to use the fully personal version of the Menu Planner application so that you can select the foods that work for you and avoid the ones that don’t. You can access it by clicking on the “My Food Choices” icon in the toolbar above your menu. You can try our recipe collection for familiar options, but typing in the search box terms like “simple,” “easy,” “basic,” etc. You can swap ingredients according to your tolerance. |
