Hi, BabyBlue2. Many people in this program are in a similar position, with regard to both night work and fibromyalgia. The best thing may be to just switch am with pm in your usual idea of a menu, and eat normally, but at opposite hours. Good snacks that are fast and can support a very physical job include nuts and seeds, sandwiches with cheese or fresh meat slices, fruits and vegetables, and yogurt. If solid foods are too challenging with your schedule, you can try making hearty shakes and soups and taking them with you in thermoses to drink throughout the day. We have quite a few ideas in our Recipes section (in the Drinks and Soups categories, respectively).
