![]() | thanks Ossie! That is what I kind of did. I work with my husband alot in the timber and at our sawmill. I am doing stuff constantly and I try to do the right stuff on my menu. I don’t eat all that much wrong and I dont over do when I dont eat right but down 158.5 this morning from the 160 or so I started with. I guess with all I do I think I should show a bigger loss than that but it is better than gaining no matter what I lose. I do plenty of excercise for sure so when I do mess up I dont even feel like it would matter. You think I am doing alright with how I do this? |

![]() | Thank you – I found them….I do have another question – when I go to print out my menus…the snack numbers print over the actual snacks. Not sure how I can fix this.. I tried adjusting the margins and the scale without success. |

![]() | I weigh 234 today and my goal weight is 150 – 155, that means I have to lose between 79 and 84 pounds. I try daily not to concentrate on the weight I have to loose, to get back to healthy. Nor do I weight myself but once a month. To do otherwise, causes obsession, on my part. Like most of all of you, I’ve tried every plan out there. It all worked for a period of time, until ‘I’ gave up. Of course I gained everything back. I’ve been really trying to watch my food intake since May/15 and I have lost roughly 20 pounds so far. As someone said, no one seems to notice the loss thought! Such is life! At age 70, I’m not looking to win any beauty contests, I’m attempting to add years to my life and life to my years. I liked what I’ve heard about the trim down club. I began yesterday. Today I printed out several recipes and 7 day meal plan. Wish me luck. Good luck and blessings to all of you. |

![]() | first week and I’ve lost 20lbs? Mmmmm, cant see it myself, yes I’ve lost some on my face, lower legs, lower arms, and a little on bum, the normal things when I’m on a diet.Has anyone else had a large loss in first week? |
![]() | I have a couple of questions, new to this yesterday. Intending to start tomorrow, I added all my favourite foods etc and created a new menu which was 82% good so fine with that but when I try to print it out is just keeps going back to the original menu that was created before my favourites were added, also seem to be unable to print off the shopping list, it worked fine yesterday. Have tried logging out and back in, have deleted all the old menus, at a loss now. |
