Hi Just joined . I agree with Oxongirl. I am also finding it difficult and frustrating only having a third of a page of information and having to keep scrolling . I hope the problem gets fixed soon. Thanks

Hello, just signed up – not 100% happy with the “half page display” (chrome, firefox, IE, all the same) when setting up the menu, it was hard scrolling to the right all the time.

Just wanted to find out whether any other newbies like to connect – I’m based in Oxfordshire, UK. good luck one and all.

Hi Lew1,
Unfortunately, there is no way to set an old menu on your dashboard; you have to get to it through the menu history. However, you can always save it as PDF.

Hi, I am just getting started and have ordered groceries for my first two weeks. Our town has a store that will deliver and they have a Health Market that carries alot of these products. So I am using or am familiar with most of the menu ingrediants. My husband and I have limited mobility(we both need new knees and I need at least one shoulder repaired. And we both have advanced arthritis) We are believing that through healthy eating and rehabilitative exercise we can greatly improve our quality og life.I am enjoying this program and have eaten the food for two days now.
I want to know if I can substitute almond flour for brown rice flour in all recipes for breads and deserts? Also would my Bob’s low carb flour work? I have struggled with weight since I had my tonsils out as a child. I have a hard time believing that I can eat bread, even swgs and rice or potatoes. But my methods have not worked so I am ready to try this plan since it espouses many of my core beliefs about nutrition. One of my concerns is that my husband and I try to eat organic natural products while my six grandchildren are eating stuff that hurts them…Any thoughts? I try to lead by example and don’t preach. Sometimes When I have the healthy snacks out they ask, “Do you have any real treats?” Other times they don’t seem to notice.
Thanks, sorry I rattled on and on. I really do need a community to be successful.

Hello Everyone,
Just joined from Switzerland and to be honest I don’t find a lot of the products. However what I’m confused about is when I look at the recipes it has protein, fats, carbs etc but I don’t know how many of these things I’m allowed to eat anyway? Am I missing some important info on how to use this healthy eating existence? I started the 8 week menu and I could not eat all the food listed, is this normal? Im full and I didn’t even have dinner. Naomi

Question: Why is it that almost everytime I click on one of your program links I get Free Coupon Downloads or someother advertisement. Very frustrating.
Can this be fixed? Is it a snag in your program?
Thanks

Hi, Lew1. I sent your query over to tech support, and at this point don’t have an answer. I will update you when we do.

Hi, BowlingBabe. Under the “Fruits” category, click on “Beverages” or “Recipes” in the subcategory sidebar, and you’ll see various smoothies and smoothie-type beverages. If you don’t see the specific one you want to use, just select something similar as a placeholder, and make the swap when it comes time to make it.

It is so good to hear from all of you, who like me, are newbies. So far I’m psyched. Made Michael’s Oatmeal for breakfast and 1 cup grapes, very filling. Around 11:15 I’ll have 1 poached egg on 1/2 whole grain muffin and 1 cup watermelon. It is easy to follow my meal plans, when I’m home most of the day, but difficult when I’m out and running. I made up the Creamy Sweet Potato & Carrot Soup yesterday and will have it all week for snacks, when called for. Also bought unsweetened applesauce to replace the ice cream in my meal plan. I’m diabetic and don’t eat any processed sugars. Making up a pot full of veggies (cabbage, carrots, zucchini, summer squash & onion) – this pot full will be my veggies for the week. I don’t like brown rice, but, found “Minute” Ready to Serve, Whole Grain Brown Rice, in 1 cup portions. I use 1/2 cup. Today’s lunch calls for salmon or tuna (I’m having salmon for diner) – so – I’ll mix 4 1/2 oz. tuna with the rice, add the above veggie mixture and voila – LUNCH! It works if we work it.

I want to incorporate smoothies in my weekly menu…How do I do that? I didn’t see a way to select it on the menu…
