![]() | I just started on Monday. So far so good! Today, I had a flax cereal that lists Whole Sorghum Flour as the first ingredient. I know I read about acceptable flours but can’t find them now. Is this one of them? And also, are Truvia and Agave acceptable sweeteners for tea? Thanks! |
