Hi, Janzey. Brick cheese is just hard yellow or white cheese, and herb sauce is a very generic term for a mix of herbs and either good oil and/or broth/stock. The books are actually electronic, and can be accessed through “My Downloads” above.
Other foods that may seem unfamiliar are actually largely international – they are less mass-produced and so more nutritious and supportive of healthy weight management. You can read more about them at http://santostrading.com.au/ and http://www.fundies.com.au, as well as in our articles here.

Hi wondering where I get the recipes for the first week. ie. herb sauce. What is brick cheese??? I’m in Australia and have no idea what you’re talking about. What are some of the Aussie replacements for American foods. Do I get emailed my books in the sign up offer or are they posted to me. thanks Janzey
