Hi, bjernberg. Are you using the Progress Meter application? If so and it is what is giving you trouble, please do let tech support know (through the “Contact Us” link below) and they will help you.
With regard to the rest of your questions, I encourage you to note in your profile that you want a minimum number of recipes and minimum variety in your menu plan, and then to use the full Menu Planner application to have your menus generated – that way you can choose the foods you want (and can find) and limit exactly what is overwhelming in your shopping list and in terms of recipes. When you have your custom menu, you can still repeat meals, days, and even whole weeks as often as you want to make it doable.

I’m new to Trim Down Club and I’m looking for a place to graph my progress. When I put in my current weight on the chart, my old starting weight from a week earlier disappears. How can I keep a consistent record of my progress? Is there a place to enter measurements, as well as weight? I find the recipes and meal plans really confusing. My grocery list is huge, not to mention that many items are hard to find in my area. I pretty much have to pick and choose what meals to follow. So far I’m not impressed with Trim Down Club and I’m not sure what I’m paying for. I can get diet meal recipes on-line for free.
