Hi friends, I’m asking in advance as I’ll be needing some support in the weeks to come. Because of a problem with my foot over the past year and a half combined with stay at home COVID-19, I’ve gained 70 pounds. Yes!! 70. I’ll be having surgery on my foot in January and will be totally immobile for 8 plus weeks. Aside from some chair yoga, please recommend any simple exercises I might try from my couch. I have 2 sets of hand weights (5 and 8 lbs) and a Pilates ring. Thanks in advance.
