Hi, Jill, and welcome. Your breakfast looks fine :). You can get a sense of how your choices meet your nutritional needs here by using the subapplication of the Menu Planner. Just click on the circular arrow icon to the right of the meal header, and add foods manually – your meal pattern will guide you as to the amounts.

Could someone help me with my breakfast choice? Can I still eat my one cup of oatmeal with berries, 1 T maple syrup and 1/2 cup 2%. It seems healthy and in right proportions, but not sure
