Hi, Littlekim. I suggest also considering melatonin for quality sleep. In addition to helping with weight loss, adequate quality sleep can help your energy level.

Will look into magnesium.
I swear , I wake up 3-4 times a night . Brain just won’t shut down. Night sweats too are a doozie !!

I just tarted as well and I’m post Menopause (53) I started taking 400mg magnesium at night and it helps me, Good luck ?

Mid menopause..I am 55yrs old and looking to lose at least 20lbs and change life style to find energy and SLEEP…
Would love any tips or advice.
