Hi, Janeyb, and welcome. A few factors could be at play. Regarding the casserole itself, It could be an issue of the portion size and what you ate with it, as well as the timing (i.e. if late at night).
Just as likely – if you were on restrictive diets before starting this program, it may take your body a little while to get the metabolic rate up. You can give it a kick-start by either adding exercise, or changing your current exercise to work a new set of muscles.

I have just started this week and all was going well, then because i have a family i didn,t have time to do something seperate for myself, so i cooked an italian beef cass which has healthy ingredients in it but when i went on the scales in the morning i had put on a pound, so now i feel quite dishearted. The receipe has pasta(wholewheat, peppers,celery,onions,courquettes,carrot,tin of tomatoes and 1 tin of con tomato soup, which served six of us, please help
