Hi, PrincessPatti8. There is no gender-based difference in keto plans. It is recommended that women focus more on omega-3 (fish, flaxseed, chia seed, omega-3 eggs) and omega-9 (hazelnuts, olives, avocados, and their oils) than men, and avoid too much omega-6 (processed foods and soy, corn, “vegetable,” and regular sunflower and safflower oils).

Hi I’m just getting started. I want to lose 70lbs. Is there a difference in keto male and female diet. Should a women’s keto be tailored to fit women’s bodies?
