![]() | I’m new to this and I am a little confused about the exchange of recipes on my daily menu. If I look at a menu and it says at the bottom two proteins and 1 carb I don’t understand how to exchange this. If my menu calls for 3 ounces of shrimp and the recipe calls for two proteins does that mean I still have one ounce of shrimp left? Is there somewhere I can go that has a list of how many proteins per meal and snack, and how many carbohydrates per meal and per snack and of course fats. And somewhere that lists how much a portion sizes of proteins carbohydrates and fats for example a serving size of shrimp is 3 ounces or 4 ounces. |
