![]() | i’m sorry. i wake up at 5:30, run around like a chicken in order to leave by 6:30 and clock in by 7. i drive a van of seniors all day to various destinations, including lunch; and help with their groceries (my daily workout). i can’t eat every 3 hours, but i am getting better at the kinds of foods that i can eat while on break and when to eat them. i am following my TrimDown recipes and have lost an amazing 5 pounds so far and i’m not even doing the plan correctly! The adjustments suggested by the Plan have helped a great deal and i love it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. |
![]() | Hi, Gypsi. Most people are comfortable with out 2-1/2 to 3 hours between meals, so if your first meal is at 7, then perhaps the next would be at 10. |
![]() | How long do i wait between meals? If i eat breakfast at 7, when is my snack? My schedule changes and i need a general length of time to go by. |
