![]() | I see a lot of research and thought went into this program. A few years ago I attended a healthy living class, but this information is still WAY TOO COMPLICATED. I just don’t have a ton of time to try to figure this out. I think it would work, but I don’t have time to cook a new recipe for every meal besides all the shopping. Is there any Quick easy start up plan? Because I’m feeling discouraged. I ended up buying plain meat/veggie/ selections for this week. Help. |
