Starting something new can be hard, and that’s why we’ve made it easy for you to absorb all of the wonderful information we have to offer. To get started on the Trim Down Club Program, I suggest following the instructions below:

1. Go to https://www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right corner of the homepage click Login
3. Enter your Username and Password (You can also use your email address connected to your purchase as your username. If you lost or forgot your password, click on “Lost your password?”)
4. After you login, click on “Follow 8 Week Plan”. This weekly guide will give you the tools and directions you need to start the program
5. Feel free to start by reading the brief Week 1 Introduction
6. Next, move on to the STARTING STEPS. To access the steps, simply click on START located underneath each STEP
7. To access your Weekly Meal Plan, simply click on the START button underneath Step 3.
8. As you progress in Week 1, gain some extra credit by checking out the Want to See More section. Here you will find the hottest information in the field of nutrition and health
9. Each week you will unlock new information as we guide you to get the body you deserve!

Hi, I am new today and just getting used to the site and the first issue I have come across is feeling like I need a translator for some of the foods on the list. I can see enough that I can buy – but I went through and tried to follow the “fill each meal till it is all blue” advice on the choosing favourite foods and found I was looking at things that I could not identify. Maybe I need to limit my choices?

Hello, I’ve just joined with the Club. I’m struggling with what is the correct foods to buy here in NZ. Like wholegrain breads. Any advice? Not sure of all the terms used on the site yet but would love some help. Feeling very enthusiastic to get started and lose some unwanted fat!!!

Chris64, it looks like you’re about 3 hours south of the capital, so I would suggest that if you don’t find what you’re looking for from health-oriented shops, just do your best to buy local, fresh, unrefined, unnprocessed foods that you recognize (for example, http://ciabatta.webclinic.co.nz/p/LifeRye–Full-Sour-Dough-Bread-/63/). How are you going Maudi?
I find it difficult to plan similar meals, due to the different country ingredients. Do you feel the same?

Good morning. I have just joined up with the Trim Down Club. Prior to doing so, I have already lost 12 kgs of the desired 30kgs that I will lose, with my weight loss focused on healthy living.

I am resident in New Zealand and travel extensively to Australia.

Any other members down this way?
