![]() | I am really concerned with the cost of this program. Is there anywhere that takes budget into account? I filled out the diet planner with the foods I know I can afford, but kept getting the message to add more protein. Today I added a bunch more proteins. Yea…a menu. I took the menu to the store. I can afford to eat 3 days. Why is it these programs use such expensive and fancy foods? I need help. |

![]() | Hi all I signed up yesterday and have a couple questions. First, I read the free veggies list and was just wondering, are these I can eat anytime during the day even if they’re not on my menu??? Also, I usually drink iced green tea, an occasional pop, water, and chocolate milk. I also like to mix the propel zero packs with my water. My question is, is it ok to use the propel packs, and can I have chocolate milk with a meal? Thank you!!!! |
