Hi, kpagoda. I thing there might be some confusion. The lighter blue menu items are the healthiest, followed by medium blue and then darkest blue. Most of the time that means that they are good for thyroid conditions. HOWEVER, if you are taking thyroid replacement medications, you may have some restrictions (soy, alcohol, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, turnips, rutabagas, kohlrabi, radishes, cauliflower, African cassava, millet, and kale).

Where do I find the blue menu items?

I am new to the site and I read that the blue menu is good for thryoid issues.
