5. Then, to create a personal menu plan, scroll down, and click on “Start Planning Menu” (orange button at the bottom of the page)

Best of luck 😉

I just signed up. I did not know I had to follow a diet plan. I don’t drink milk, eat cereal, or have time to make these meals . I guess this is not for me. I watched a video that said I was to check the foods I like and they would tell me what to substitute it with. I don’ t see this video on the sight. HELP!!!

Today is my first day and I was able to stay mostly on the program for day one. There are not many foods that I totally dislike. Shopping for the “right” foods may be my biggest challenge.

Thank you. I’m doing ok have missed a couple of snacks but I’m sure that as I will get into good eating habits. It is only my first week and maybe I expecting to much to quick. That is my biggest problem I expect instant success. I’m determined to give this program a real chance.

Hi, DPeters, and welcome. I suggest to give it some time to get used to it and find the snacks that work for you. If you are really suffering, you can cut back on them, but be sure to get the fruit and any dairy that might be there – i.e. be putting them in other meals.

I’ve just started the program this week. I’m finding it hard to get into the routine of all the snacks. Do I have to eat all the snacks or can I just eat some of the foods.
