With regard to your problems: 1) We generally recommend that people get in the habit of eating breakfast, as it supports a healthy metabolism 2) The foods we recommend in the “Snacks” section of the Meal Planner lists are those that help to balance insulin/sugar levels. 3) I suggest that you and your boyfriend go through the food lists together to make selections. |

debbielandman 10 years ago | I have jsut started this, day 1: i have tried to create a meal plan on the foods that i would eat Problem 1: i dont eat breakfast, do we have to eat all the foods listed on a menu Problem 2: I dont know what foods i should be snacking on all day to keep those levels of insulin/sugars up. Problem 3: i have major problem cooking to a set menu as its not just me who eat, my bf wont eat most of this food. What do you suggest. Im lost and dont know where to begin |
