| Ossie-Sharon 8 years ago | Hi, Mary. Do you mean “Exchange mode”? If so, this view enables you to see the types and number of food group exchanges allotted to you for each meal and day. Seeing these enables you to fit recipes into your menu (the exchanges are at the end of each recipe, just before the “Comments” section). |
