![]() | Hi, Freyashake. We don’t work with calories here, but rather focus on meeting your nutritional needs. Our program is low-carb, so you have come to the right place. To see how many you are allotted per meal and day, click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above any of your menus, and you will see them. If you want to see this before you build a menu, I can tell you that your pattern provides approximately 80 grams each of protein and fat, and 180 grams of carbohydrates (45% or less of total energy). |
