![]() | I have been trying to follow the weekly menu for 3 days and have done pretty good. I am having a hard time stopping and eating as often as the schedule suggests but am loving being able to eat so many different foods and not getting hungry. I have lost 2 pounds so far. I walk everyday for at least one mile. I will work my way up on that as time goes by. I like you hope to be able to look at this as a healthy life change instead of a diet since I too have spent way to much money and effort on all the different diets. ![]() | I just joined on 4/1/15, I am hoping this will help me lose the weight want to and it’s not just another fad, I need all the help I can get. I have done way too many other plans and spend far too much money, lost the weight but couldn’t keep it off when I started eating REAL everyday food. I just want to be able to eat REAL FOOD, stay healthy and lose weight to get my sexy back for me and my husband. |
