I just joined the other day, and what I’ve been focusing on is eating every three hours. I have a terrible history of waiting too long, then getting the shakes and eating WAY too much. Already, my sugar cravings are under control. I have a good working knowledge of good protein/fats/carb combinations,but need to add wisdom to that knowledge in making a habit of eating ‘on time.’ Very impressed by this program.

Hi, Alirys, and welcome. You can generate menus by entering the Menu Planner application (under “Apps”) above – there are instructions there to guide you.

Hi guys. I teach in a different field and have been teaching discipline using a community. I was on vacation with my little boys and came across this site after packing on 10 more pounds on the trip (convenience, comfort). I know the community concept with expert guidance is as good as it gets, and I look forward to working with you guys!

Ossie – Sharon can you help me with something? when reading any posts and there is more to read i.e. [read more] or […] if I clic on the [read more] the read more words disappear but I cannot see any more of the post, I cannot in effect read a whole post. this is on all groups etc. please advice.. thanks Su

Regarding the 21 day menu; I struggled to work out what to do on my second week. I find using the set menus easier at first rather than making up my own from apps. I downloaded the first week from the 21 day menu, but it wouldn’t let me down load a second week. So I am guessing that on the second week you have to download the 14day menu, and that adds up to 21 days. So I have done that and will be starting the 14day menu tomorrow.

Hi. Where do I find my menu ? I don’ t like combining meat with starch. When I it fish or chicken I have it with a vegetable . Anything else can cause bloating. I am hoping this site can help. But can fine my menu. I was reading the 21 day schedule for not and substituting what. I usually eat. Almond milk instead of whole milk (example). The breakfast is enough food for a day. I usually have oatmeal with blueberries, cinnamon,flaxseeds with almond milk. That holds me to about 10 am. Suggestions if I am not greeting all I need, is appreciated. I do a green drink about 6 am as well.
