Hi, Jolinanna, and welcome! Plenty of people here make shakes to substitute for snacks (it is easiest when in a service job). We recommend to make the shakes from whole foods as much as possible (we have some recipes here https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe_type/drinks/, that can be used by themselves or with a protein additive if you don’t add something like dairy to it), as well as some options for hearty soups that you can put in a thermos and take with you as well https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe_type/soups/.
