Since you have already generated a menu, the best place to continue is to review our main program guide, which you can download through the “My Guides” area (link in the toolbar near the top of each site page). This provides some great information about making positive changes to your lifestyle. You can get additional information in our searchable “Tips and Tricks” articles collection.
You can also try our “8-Week Plan” (https://www.trimdownclub.com/sbs/standard-guide/week-1) to ease you into the program.
While you are getting the nutritional component together, it is recommended to set up a good exercise regime. To get you started here, see the videos at the bottoms of the pages for weeks 3, 5, and 7 in the 8-Week Plan. If you would like more guidance with this, please let me know.
