If so, note that you can get ideas from the videos we feature in our “8-Week” plan (accessible through the “Tools” link in the toolbar near the top of each site page) toward the ends of the pages for Weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7. If you are seeking something else, please let me know.

I’m 55, diabetic. I work as a private duty nurse for a 3 yr old. I sit around a LOT! We go outside on nice days for about an hour, and I push her on the swing. That’s about the extent of my exercise! I work 9a.m to 7pm, which gives me time to get supper, then get ready for bed!
