Hi, nightowls. A cup is 8 fluid ounces or 240 ml. A pint is 2 cups. If you are talking about solid foods, the weights may be different, i.e. flours are 120 g per cup, fruits 150 g per cup.

BEING TOTALLY BARKING ABOUT THIS SORT OF THING. WHEN LOOKING AT MEASURES WHAT SIZE CUP DO I NEED? T CUP, COFFEE CUP< PINT CUP OR D CUP??? PLEASE HELP. PS I AM BEING SERIOUS 🙂
