This program has made an amazing change in my diet and health, in just choosing healthier foods and more organic, even if I use my own recipes. I find that keeping tract of my weight loss on the progress site is a wonderful incentive too. I love the quick responses to questions too.

Not sure which store will be the best for everything I need, but I’m willing to travel if necessary. Does anyone have information on the store “Fresh and Easy?” Don’t have one in my area, but I heard they carry healthy items. |
