![]() | I just started today and I’m getting my shopping done for tomorrows menu. I have a question; what is 1 serving of “FREE” spread. What is “FREE” spread? And where do I buy it? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. |

![]() | There is a natural, sugar free syrup from Nature’s Hollow(Sprouts,or online). Many times I’ll put 1/3 of fruit in the Ninja and liqueify it .Combine it with 2/3 serving of the rest of the fruit. Put it in a bowl with 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup and heat i the microwave.Delicious! Look on your exchange list fora TBLS of maple syrup. |

![]() | Hi, Cgunner. No, not really, whatever feels right to you. It is generally recommended that you get a good source of protein in the morning and don’t load up too much toward the end of the day, but other than that, it’s all good. |
![]() | Ok great thanks. Just one more question for the mo!! Does it matter what order you eat your meals in, for instance can I use some of my snack food in my meals and have a lighter snack? |

![]() | Hi, Cgunner. Since Weetabix isn’t really measured in cups, that can get awkward! For the 1-1/2 cups with milk portion, that would be 2 biscuits plus 240 ml milk. |
