Hi, Brian. Click on the term “free spread,” and a list will pop up. These are just limited portions of common items like jam, butter, etc.

I just started today and I’m getting my shopping done for tomorrows menu. I have a question; what is 1 serving of “FREE” spread. What is “FREE” spread? And where do I buy it? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Cgunner-This has nothing to do with calories and everything to do with healthy food.It is chemically balanced for you to eat and lose! Isn’t that wonderful!!?

There is a natural, sugar free syrup from Nature’s Hollow(Sprouts,or online). Many times I’ll put 1/3 of fruit in the Ninja and liqueify it .Combine it with 2/3 serving of the rest of the fruit. Put it in a bowl with 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup and heat i the microwave.Delicious! Look on your exchange list fora TBLS of maple syrup.

I just signed up yesterday and I feel overwhelmed already!! I consider myself a fairly healthy eater (except for my desire for chocolate!!) but I wasn’t losing weight (mid 50’s doesn’t help)
What is the best way to look at the menu without feeling overwhelmed. I cook but…… Also, if I like something can I eat the same thing a couple times a week to make it easier? Appreciate any help/advice you can give me.

Where do I find the exchange lists on the site?

Hi, Marshhills. You would swap out your carbs and fat for breakfast.

Hi, Cgunner. No, not really, whatever feels right to you. It is generally recommended that you get a good source of protein in the morning and don’t load up too much toward the end of the day, but other than that, it’s all good.

Ok great thanks. Just one more question for the mo!! Does it matter what order you eat your meals in, for instance can I use some of my snack food in my meals and have a lighter snack?

Thank you for the response!

Hi, Cgunner. Since Weetabix isn’t really measured in cups, that can get awkward! For the 1-1/2 cups with milk portion, that would be 2 biscuits plus 240 ml milk.
