| | Hi, Ackrondeb, and welcome. Are you able to drink at work? If so, I suggest to pack thermoses with hearty soups and fruit-vegetable shakes, and sip on those throughout the day between meals. We have recipes here (https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe_type/soups/) and here (https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe_type/drinks/). If the soups are too chunky, you can throw them in a blender. |
| | I started on Monday. My problem is we (hubby and I) have a weird work schedule. We eat breakfast at 10:30am, lunch for me is either 2 or 3pm, his is 5:30pm and dinner is midnight. My problem is getting snacks in after lunch (hubby doesn’t have the problem with snacks). I work a front desk in a salon, greeting and checking in clients, phones, checking out clients, making appnts. I am by myself from 3 to closing. It is almost impossible to get a snack in. Then when I get home at 8pm/9pm I am starving and I eat. I don’t know what to do. |
