![]() | Hi, 2jennjohn. Congratulations! We wish you continued success. Plateaus are indeed a challenge for many people, and we will do our best to help you through any you hit here. We have found that exercise can give a significant boost to get a body that inevitable hump. It doesn’t have to be strenuous, take a lot of time, or even get you out of your comfort zone. It can be as simple as getting moving while you’re watching a television show, or taking a walk. If you are already exercising, then see about introducing a few changes into your routine (even if temporary) to wake up some new muscles. If you have a low-key routine, try peppering it with brief bursts of higher level moves – for example, jogging for 30 seconds for every 5 minutes of walking. If you would like more guidance, please do contact customer service, and they can set you up with videos. |

My blood pressure has been high, Cholesterol is high, and I’ve had Type 2 Diabetes for 13 years. I am a young 55 year old. Any help and encouragement is welcomed. |
