Hi, JairForce1, and welcome! I am surprised to read that you cannot find the items at WalMart – it could be a location thing. Where do you live? I will do my best to find you a reasonable source.
HOWEVER
Don’t worry too much about the unfamiliar or expensive items. We have included regular, everyday items in the Menu Planner lists, and you can build your menu as is comfortable for you – you will already be benefiting from the portion control, timing, and food group combinations. Eventually, the hope is that you can upgrade some of your refined staples to whole food types, and perhaps try some of the newer foods. The latter were selected because they are less known, and so less mass-produced and manipulated (meaning they are more nutritious and therefore supportive of healthy weight maintenance).

I am to this program and I have to admit it sounds wonderful….i am not to overweight I just want to get back to my normal weight before i had my daughter. I feel so sluggish and I work at a desk all day for I can’t exercise much. I get home and I just want to sleep… I was looking through the meal plans and I don’t have any idea what any of the ingredients are or where i will be able to find them. I usually shop at walmart and I have hardly ever seen any of these products. Also I am on a limited budget, so I need help on how to make a monthly plan, so I can shop for everything all at once…and keep it within my 250 dollar budget for the month. Please help, me and my family need to get healthier but I just don’t know how…I don’t eat alot but I do eat only three times a day but at those times it not good for you food, this on top of sitting all day has made me at my heaviest I have ever been. I really dont want to go shopping for new clothes I don’t have the money for that, i would rather eat better and lose the weight
