Hi, Shabbychic. I’m sorry to read of your troubles, but glad you are putting them behind you. I’m also glad to read that you’re physically active. One of the changes with menopause is the type of exercise that can help with weight loss. While the cardio you’re getting is still important for health (including bone integrity), strength-based regimes that include weight training and/or core workouts, as well as high-intensity intermittent training workouts tend to be more associated with results. If you would like more information about this, please do repost.

My fiance and I broke up
He is a bpd abuser
I gained 50 pounds since being with him
He made fun of me….I used to be a runner until a head on car crash. I’m very active five dogs two horses..but menopause has changed my metabolism. I’m doing the intermittent fasting. Any tips from you folks?
