Hi Becajo,
Try doing some of the workout routines during lunch or breaktime. There are so many exercises you can do even from a chair. Instead of looking to do all of your routines at one time, break them up throughout the day.

Hi all, I am a 58 y/o nurse educator. My new job requires me to get up at 4:30 AM daily to be at the clinical site in time to prepare for students. By the time I get home around 2:30 PM all I want to do is relax and recuperate. Do you have any suggestions on how to stay motivated to work out? Thanks!

Hi, Vickie, and welcome! It looks like you may really enjoy the support groups here – the link is in the upper right corner. The most popular is Successful Beginnings, but you may find other that suit you as well.

I am unemployed and wish I was working again. At 70 years old Dental Assistant jobs are hard to find even though I have more energy than most half my age. I need to loose 23 lbs. I need y’all Vickie in Louisiana.
