![]() | Hi, ginbec. Those dressings are great if they are made with all natural ingredients. Note that each 5 grams of fat (in whatever amount of dressing is listed in the “Nutrition Facts,” or in each teaspoon or 5 ml of oil that you use if you make it from scratch) is a “fat” exchange. |
![]() | I Like poppy seed or vinaigrette dressings, when it says fast food salad, is that just a normal lettuce salad? |
![]() | Hi, ginbec. We recommend lemon and/or lime juice or vinegar and olive oil for salad dressing – the combination with vegetables is particularly healthy. What sort of salad dressings do you like? |
![]() | My new menu has some salad’s I can eat, what can I use for the salad dressing? I couldn’t find much of any in the recipe section. Also, when it says fast food salad what exactly does that mean? |
![]() | Hi, Dix. You can use each cup of those raw vegetables as a vegetable serving in your menu. “Free” vegetables would be in addition to those – no realistic limits. |

![]() | Hi, ginbec69. It means as much white potato as would fit into a cup (8 fluid ounces or 240 ml). A potato measuring 2.25-3 inches in diameter is exactly that, and baked is an excellent choice. |
![]() | When my menu says 1 cup of potato (white) what does it actually mean? Can you have a small baked potato? |
