![]() | I have just joined trim down club and can’t seem to find any advice on what to do. I have created a weekly menu but it is very repetitive and I would like to vary it with the recipes. Not sure how to do this and still lose weight. Also can’t find any advice on what the carb and protein swaps mean. Just seem to end up back at same page all the time. Any advice ? |
