buzycybill 10 years ago | Hi marigarc, I would say that it depends on your schedule. I often am up late at night and tend to sleep till 8am. Other days I’m up at 6am. So I try to space eating every 2-3 hours. The ideal would be to not eat for a couple of hours before bed but if I eat my last snack too early and then decide to stay up late, I get hungry before bed. (For me, that is when I am most likely to “melt down”.)Even if I eat the last snack right before shutting off the lights, I still see the scale drop a smidge. So I would say do what works for you and adjust if you need to. |

Esmile 10 years ago | The following is our (my wife and I and our kids) schedule: 7am Breakfast 10am Snack 12.30pm Lunch 3pm Snack 6pm Dinner 8.30pm Snack Eat nothing after this until breakfast, hence breaking the fast! |
