![]() | Hi, William. The new menu is simply made up of different foods for the variety. Don’t throw anything out – you can repeat the previous menu. |
![]() | WAFFLES&PANCAKES: I joined the Club in June, after losing 20 pounds under a 1,100 restricted diet. After joining the Club, I gained 14 pounds; now I have firmed up and gradually I am shedding some pounds. This week, based upon my food choices, I have a new menu. Under the old menu, I had frozen waffles and pancakes and I stocked up on both. Under the new menu, these two foods are absent, and they are not listed under “substitute foods”. Is my new menu designed to help me accelerate my weight loss, so waffles and pancakes are no longer a part of my diet |
![]() | Hi, Keepnfaith. You can add them to your menu by selecting the main ingredients in the lists in “My Food Choices.” Note that they may have slightly different (more generic names) – for example, enchilada sauce will be “tomato sauce,” and “Beef, Rib Eye Steak” could be noted instead of “skirt steak,” and for chocolate almond milk you would select both “almond milk” and “cocoa powder.” |
![]() | Hi I am new and would like to know how I incorporate my foods into the menus? I eat corn tortillas, carne asada (skirt steak) enchilada sauce etc. How do I add foods that are not on the menu? I also use unsweetened chocolate almond milk and I can’t find it on your menu. Any way for me to add these foods? |
