Hi, BevNorman. I would be happy to run some calculations for you, but I need a little more information: your age, height, weight, activity level, exact recipe of the smoothie, and a sample day from your menu (including the breakfast that you substitute, and how well you stick to the menus otherwise). It would also be helpful to know who long you have been with the Trim Down Club and if you have been on diets before.

I usually have a smoothie for breakfast which holds me over until 10. I know the menu planner does other recipes but my smoothie includes kale, whey protein peanut butter, coconut water and whatever fruit I have in the fridge. Can’t seem to lose any weight yet. Could it be the smoothie. Help
