Hi, downtowndentista. Contratulations on your weight loss! That is actually a good, healthy, sustainable pace. The recent changes you’re making look good – please do keep us posted on your test results. If they go oup again, I would be happy to troubleshoot with you. Keep in mind that physical activity can make a difference here as well.

I’ve been pleased with program despite only losing 14 lbs., since 2/19. However, the big test will come in July. I had been eating with what I thought was healthy several months prior to joining trim down club. I’ve cut out real sugar, only one cup of coffee, more green tea. But…….my blood work didn’t look as good as I expected. I had had a decrease in bad cholesterol prior to program, my score went up despite staying on meds and eating with program. I now have a more disciplined menu, more fish, less red meats,etc. Doc stated I should get new lab work 3 months from last blood tests.
